Our Nicaraguan is oraganic, fair trade, and certified Rain Forest Alliance. The bean is a well balanced, smooth body with a nuanced wine and chocolate taste notes. We roast to a DARK producing a clean body with medium acidity. The bean exudes a rich chocolate feel with a floral and citrus highlight. A wonderfully sustainable selection.
