Our Shipping Policy
Unless indicated otherwise all of our products are shipped using either standard shipping or priority mail. We fulfill all orders within 24-48 hours. Usually that means that your order will be at your door within 2-4 business days.

Our Return Policy
We guarantee our product and allow for returns (buyer pays for shipment back) and a refund within 14 days of receipt provided the remainder of the coffee shipped back to us is at least 75% of the unit order received. If the previous doesn’t apply, we will, on a case by case basis, refund or send you a new package of similar coffee.
