Our coffee is 100% sourced from Peru, directly traded, to bring you only the best. This Peruvian can be roasted from a CITY-LIGHT to a MEDIUM-DARK ROAST. A medium roast will bring out a luscious sweetness and fruity taste such as cherry and apricot along with chocolate notes. A darker roast will highlight the chocolatey taste over the fruity parts. Excellent balance between high acidity and dry fragrance.
