100% sourced from Rwanda, shade grown and directly traded, this coffee is hand picked and wash processed, sun-dried, and double sorted by hand. Our Rwanda beans are roasted to a MEDIUM-LIGHT ROAST producing a clean, bright, earthy, citric flavor set. Citrus, light dark chocolate, and malt are the highlighted flavors one can taste in this cup. Our medium-light roast brings out the fruity notes while still retaining the hints of chocolate.
