Sourced directly, this 100% Jamaica Blue Mountain (no blending of other beans) coffee is selectively hand-picked, and wet-processed, using the traditional ferment-and-wash method. Our Jamaica is roasted Medium-Dark producing a clean and well-balanced roast with a medium body. It is cheerful, with medium to low acidity yet classically balanced exhibiting a rich chocolate finish with no bitterness or aftertaste.

Grown only on the Blue Mountains of Jamaica between Kingston and Port Maria, the unique flavor of pure Jamaican Blue Mountain is considered one of the rarest coffees in the world. The limited growing region and high altitude make for a much sought after superior quality bean.
