Our Nicaraguan is oraganic, fair trade, and certified Rain Forest Alliance. The bean is a well balanced, smooth body with a nuanced wine taste note. We roast to a MEDIUM-DARK producing a clean body with medium acidity. The bean exudes a floral and citrus highlight. A wonderfully sustainable selection.
Varietal - Catuai, Caturra, Catamor, and Bourbon.
Region of Origin - Cooperativa Multisectorial Cultivando in the San Juan Rio Coco region.
Process - Washed, Natural
